Do you offer an initial intro/consultation for first time clients?
Yes. we offer a 30 minute complimentary video call for new clients after their intake form is populated and terms and conditions are signed.
Do my travel plans need to be a big vacation to hire you?
Absolutely not. We can simply recommend and book you a hotel for a destination that you have predetermined. No trip is too small or too big for us to work together. We offer just straight hotel bookings because we love providing you perks and our best available rates.
Do you handle booking Airbnbs?
Unfortunately we do not. We have a number of relationships globally where we can source incredible homes, villas and apartments and book for you at no additional cost.
Does luxury mean you only book 5 star hotels?
No. We don’t count stars, we count luxury as the experience and all the destination has to offer. We love sustainable boutique luxury hotels and have a knack for finding luxury design-forward or ecolodge type accommodations all over the world.
What if I/we have a small budget can I still work with you?
When we do our initial consultation we can decipher the type of service we can offer to ensure you make the most of your budget with your actual trip experience vs. spending it in the planning phase.
Do you handle booking flights?
We have a flight desk we offer for corporate, clients on retainer, or can occasionally package flights with travel arrangements.
Do you charge to plan travel?
Yes, but review our services to differentiate what comes at a cost to you.
Can you add my rewards numbers (ie. Hyatt Member #) to a booking?
Yes, please. We gather your Member ID# and profile information and apply it to the reservation before booking anything on your behalf. The rewards are yours.
What is the difference between a travel advisor and agent?
The word agent (in LA at least) makes me kinda cringe because it has a very inauthentic salesy connotation. The only sales I am doing is passionate travel talk with YOU. I do say travel agent at times because it is more familiar to people, but really there is no difference. - kay
